Description: - Manage and develop regional HR resources in the Region,
(approximately 130 employees). - Develop, implement and monitor regional
strategies and actions to attract, recruit, develop, retain and outplace
employees. - Develop and implement regional compensation and benefits policies
in line with global guidelines as well as regional market conditions: drive
harmonization of merged practices. - Implement aligned global HR practices
with regional implementation to allow effective and efficient delivery of HR
services. - Building the future on employee 's capabilities and engagement. -
Contribute to the success of the Business Unit as strategic HR partner of the
Business Unit Head and management. - Ensure constantly efficient and capable
organization that creates value to customers Ensure engaged and customer
driven organization with Workforce Capacity and Capability Management in line
with business dynamics. - Organization design, development and change
management in line with business strategies Manage and develop HR resources
and guide dedicated Region and Coe (Centre of Expertise) resources.
Required Experience: - University Degree from a reputable University in
Management or any related field. - Minimum 6-8 years experience in Human
Resources Management of which 3-4 years as HR Manager/Director in MNC -
Fluency in both English & Arabic is a MUST.
