Job Description: -
As the ArabyAds business is continuously expanding across business units
(offerings) and across markets (geographies), we are looking for an exception
leader to help us in the strategy and investment team. The role of Director -
Strategy & Investment is to streamline the direction & go to market strategies
for ArabyAds & group companies.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
I. Strategy (40%) - Proactively identify, define, and champion new growth
opportunities for ArabyAds . This role will oversee and lead the strategic
vision for ArabyAds existing and new product offerings. You will be
responsible for giving direction along with marketing and sales strategies.
This would also translate to working closely with sales & marketing team for
promotion of existing products and offerings.
II. Investment (30%) - Finding the right companies and products to acquire or
invest from ArabyAds to ensure long term value creation for ArabyAds
stakeholders.
III. ArabyAds Labs (30%) - as part of ArabyAds ecosystem, we believe in
constantly innovating and coming out with new products and offerings to
improve our dominance position as an "Ecommerce Enabler". This role would
involve active ideation & execution for the ArabyAds Labs
Required Skills and Experience
* 7-10 Years of strategy experience in management consultant, corporate strategy, strategic consulting, investment banking, adtech companies across global markets
* Experience in brand strategy, with an eye towards emerging technologies and platforms and whatever comes " next"
* Exceptional skills in building 360 degree go to marketing strategies for new products.
* Crisp thinker and communicator - verbally, visually and in writing
* Strong analytical skills combined with an aptitude for evaluating innovative opportunities to be able to identify the future growth drivers of ArabyAds group
