ROLE SUMMARY
The role will be responsible to provide Human Capital support to MAF
Entertainment Egypt for assigned departments in alignment with the HC
strategies, policies, processes and procedures and ensuring that the highest
level of HC practices is provided in line with the overall MAF Entertainment
objectives and ongoing development.
ROLE PROFILE
* Liaise with relevant line managers throughout the year to ensure recruitment is initiated and conducted promptly and meets the recruitment plan. Plans sourcing of candidates cost-effectively and manages the selection process for approved roles on time
* Ensure the selection process for each vacancy is based on meeting identified selection criteria to include specific job competencies.
* Supports the HCBP in developing strategies to improve engagement and manage programs designed to foster team members, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, retention, recognition, learning and development, diversity, wellness, and other
* Coordinate employee engagement surveys/general assessment of work practices to assess/improve staff motivation. Implement an action plan and follow up on the progress.
* Assists HC BP in updating reports and manpower accordingly for recruitment. Ensure the completeness and accuracy of data entered SAP. Coordinate with the payroll for the staff compensation and benefits, including end-of-service payments.
* Ensure all newly recruited staff are provided with welcome packs and induction and keep track of their performance to conduct a review at the end of their probation period.
* Audit personnel files at least once per year and maintain & submit audit findings and follow up on missing required documents
* repares, sends, and uploads all kinds of letters (warning letters, absence notifications, etc...) and ensures proper filing of employee records. Ensure that leaves are consumed within the stipulated time allowed per policy; generate regular reports to
REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
* Demonstrate knowledge acumen of Egypt Labor Law.
* Fluent in both English and Arabic, speaking and writing.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excell) .
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Should possess a degree from a recognized university, preferably with HR qualifications.
