he position is responsible for HRMS software implementation across Apparel
Group and improvise the same in terms of configuration and customization as
per the business requirement. K
ey Responsibilities -
* rovide support in developing HRMS software -
* ssist in the review of data in HRMS to ensure 100% accuracy -
* ollowing all processes defined in the project including system administration -
* nsures data integrity and accuracy of employee and organization information through periodic reviews and audits -
* ollaborate with other HRMS users (Payroll, Accounting, Projects, etc.) -
* pdate of employee information, documents etc in the HRMS manually avoiding an excel upload from the vendor side -
* rovide the user details to all employees for HRMS access -
* nsures the internal workflow mapping for all employees are updated accordingly -
