Job details

Assists Human Capital (HC) in all duties and functions; and obtains job
reconciliation. Coordinates with HC and others Departments at Hospital's.
Answers inquiries regarding education, experience, and vacancies. Posts
vacancies.


Essential Responsibilities and Duties


  • Prepares job reconciliations for transfers, promotions, demotions and transactions from HC and Hospital Departments.

  • Announces vacant positions/job postings hospital-wide for promotions and/or transfers.

  • Performs pre-reconciliations for applicants for Hospital announce vacant positions.

  • Conducts typing tests for promotion purposes and as request by other Departments.

  • Deals with issues regarding Human Resources transactions, e.g. promotions, transfers, employee benefits.

  • Coordinates with Personnel staff and Manpower Analyst to prepare promotion packages.

  • Provides, maintains, and validates employees ' education and experience with certificates in their fields.

  • Reviews and prepares promotion packages for Administrative Credentials Committee (ACC) meetings.

  • Coordinates with Employee Services and other HC departments in matters related to internal promotion.

  • Gathers data related to job grades and special studies/projects.


Education

Master 'sor Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or other related
disciplineis required.


Experience Required

Grade ‎09:
One (‎1) year of relatedexperience with Master's, or three (‎3) years with
Bachelor's Degree isrequired.


Grade ‎10:
Three (‎3) years of related experience with Master's, or five (‎5)years with
Bachelor's Degree, including two (‎2) years of (Grade ‎09) experienceis
required.
