This position is based in Kuwait, which is also our Gulf Cluster Headquarters.
This role is reporting to Finance & Operations Director.

The Position
As a Commercial Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for generating
competitor insights, supporting key business discussions with an analytical
perspective and capitalizing on CRM capabilities. As well as ensuring
targeted, effective planning and execution, monitoring and supporting
processes and delivery, and building commitment across functions to the CE
framework.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Consistently mapping and monitoring competitive activities, collecting qualitative and quantitative data from relevant sources in order to support analysis
* Using all the available sources and key data to develop a deep understanding of market insights with special attention to the implementation of best practices
* You are expected to apply project management methodologies, ensure a high level of business integrity and stakeholder alignment and be responsible for supporting strategic decision-making processes with insightful analysis and executive reporting
* Grow and maintain integrity of customer database across different therapy areas and countries
* Conducts segmentation and targeting exercises cross-functionally, regular follow-up and reporting of CE KPIs across the organization to leadership with data-driven recommendations for improvement opportunities and generates fact-based strategic insights to support effective business decisions

Qualifications
You are expected to hold a university degree in a relevant area, preferably a
Bachelor of Life-Sciences or other related faculties, and excellent command of
written and spoken English. You should have at least ‎3 years of quality proven
experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
To be effective in this role, you are expected to have:

• Advanced experience with MS Office applications, data analysis, data interpretation and basic knowledge of CRM and other salesforce tools


• Basic experience in territory management, as well as proven training skills for both technical and business objectives


• Experience working in cross-cultural teams and cross-organizational stakeholder management by working as business partner


• You have strong business drive with customer centricity, business acumen and commercial mindset with project management experience


• High degree of flexibility as the nature & timing of the assignment of deliverables keeps changing with the ever-changing business dynamics
