Role Purpose:


Utilize profession expertise in finance area, implement tasks and report
requested documents, ensuring proper implementation of system
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:





    • Daily cash collection from sales agents.

    • Daily invoice registration received from sales agents.

    • Meet cash and written records with finance system, anticipate and report any discrepancies to Finance Manager.

    • Witten documents must be filled when presenting the reports.

    • Input to the payment settled by debtors and update the SOA-statement of account, ensure it is noted by finance managers.

    • Behave in accordance with company regulation and rules.

    • Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well-informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise.

    • Other duties as directed by supervisor or other superiors.
      Qualifications/Requirements:




High school, diploma or equivalent
Other Information:





    • ‎0-‎1 year of relevant experience.

    • PC Literate and Excellent analytical abilities

    • MS Office

    • Computer literacy and a good knowledge of standard office software.

    • Ability to priorities own workload and detail oriented.

    • Good verbal and written communication skills;

    • Creative, innovative mind-set and dynamic personality.
