Recording data in a special program for the call center department
Ensuring customer satisfaction and the services provided - Dealing with customer inquiries accurately and completely
Working on solving customer problems and complaints in a way that satisfies the customer
Renewing a customer database through a variety of sources (knowledges / nominations / communication sites social
Distribute the communication process and arrangement (calls / visits) to sales representatives
Writing a daily report to show what has been accomplished
