The Head of E-commerce is responsible for leading the development,
implementation, and execution of The Closet's e-commerce strategy. This role
is responsible for driving online sales growth and enhancing the customer
experience across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy in line with The Closet's overall business goals
* Manage and oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce team
* Drive sales growth through various e-commerce channels, including the company website, social media, and third-party marketplaces
* Monitor and analyze website analytics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
* Develop and implement a robust digital marketing strategy, including search engine optimization, email marketing, and social media advertising
* Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and execution of e-commerce initiatives
* Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce platform, ensuring a user-friendly and intuitive customer experience
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure The Closet remains competitive in the e-commerce space
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
* Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in e-commerce, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
* Strong analytical skills with experience using website analytics tools such as Google Analytics
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
* Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platform "Shopify, digital marketing strategies, and emerging technologies
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions
