Unit Details:
Retail Banking Group comprises of three distinct segments namely; Personal
Banking [PSB], Priority Banking [PRB] and Business Banking [BUB]. Retail
Banking financials are split by these three segment groups for detailed
financial reporting, in line with Emirates NBD Group strategy. This customer
centric segment strategy enables the bank to devise client focused action plan
to achieve optimization of profitability and customer engagement.


Personal Banking is the largest segment within Retail Banking comprising over
400k customers, AED 900Mn Revenue, AED ‎7 billion Deposits and AED ‎17 billion
Assets. This segment focused approach is critical for next phase of growth as
we need to have dedicated action plan at segment level to manage emerging
challenges.


The unit is thus created to conceptualize, develop, and implement a
sustainable customer driven segment management system to maximize the Bank's
business from the Personal Banking customer segments. Customer and P&L
ownership will rest with the Personal Banking segment head while products and
channels will be servicing functional needs.
Role Details:
The Customer Service Representative will work as part of the Employee Banking
Team to manage all processing of individual customers product requirement like
Accounts, Personal Finance and Cards. Also manage the customer complaints and
other customers' requests that are raised time to time.


Customer Service Representative will be conversant with the full range of
Retail Banking products and services, including basic banking products and
services & lending products. The job holder is also responsible to address
customer problems and complaints to achieve satisfactory resolutions and to
build relationship with key referrals partners within the Bank to ensure
constant and quality leads are obtained.


The Customer Service Representative will coordinate closely with the Employee
Banking Fulfillment Team & RMs to support the business processing
requirements.
* Processing for Accounts and bulk payroll.
* Processing of all Assets products (Cards, Personal Finance etc)
* New company Listings and coordination with risk team.
* Supporting and Coordinating for Kiosk Activities with internal and External customers.
* Coordinating closely with marketing team for marketing collaterals and giveaway stocks.

Qualifications
*
Graduate with preferred specialization in marketing, finance, banking or
related discipline
* Around ‎2-‎5 years retail banking experience
* At least ‎1 year of Processing\Document handling of payroll, liabilities, and assets
* Local market knowledge is must
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, an absolute must
* Good written, verbal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Collaborative team player
* Analytical thinking
* Customer Service Orientation
* Pleasant presentable personality and good communication skills
