The ideal candidate will be a customer service representative with
administration experience and who can organizes and file certain customer
documents and records like invoices, receipts and forms etc.
Responsibilities
* Copy, scan and store documents
* Coordinate with customers for required documents
* Check for accuracy of files, like contracts
* File documents in physical and digital records
* Create templates for future use
* Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
* Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
* Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
* Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed
Qualifications
* Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
* Data organization skills
* Great attention to detail
* Knowledge of filing systems
* Dependable with a respect to confidentiality and policies
* Excellent organizational skills
* 2 - 3 years of relevant proven experience
