Job Description:
Joining a dynamic, vibrant and customer focused team, you will display a
positive 'can do' attitude and deliver an exceptional customer service
experience to all our guests. The main duties and responsibilities are as
follows:

Greet and welcome all guests approaching the Front Desk in accordance with TFC
standards.
* Perform all Front Office duties like check-in and check-out of guests.
* Answer the phone according to the hotel etiquette.
* Assist guests with their inquiries, take reservations.
* Handle cashiering duties and foreign currency exchange.
* Be familiar with all the Front Office systems and software required for the position.
* Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities and hours of operation in a timely manner.
* Review Front Office logs, Trace File and Credit Limit daily.
* Coordinate with Front Office Team Leaders in performing daily tasks or during the shift.
* Always use proper etiquette when communicating with guests and team players.
* Perform and complete all tasks and duties on the shift checklist in a timely and efficient manner.
* Maintain and market promotions and guest programs.
Desired Skill & Expertise:
* At least ‎1 year experience at the reception in ‎4* property with ‎250+ inventory.
* ‎1 year experience Front Office computer literacy (e.g., OPERA, Hotel PMS, VICAS, Ms Office etc.).
* Excellent communications skills with proficiency in speaking and writing Business English.
* Required language(s): fluent English, with preferred French, Russian, Chinese, or Italian.
* Team player with excellent planning, organizing skills and excellent problem-solving skills.
* Able to work flexible working hours with rotating shifts.
