About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and agile Finance Manager who is already in
Dubai, to join and head up our Finance Team at McCone Properties. The ideal
candidate will possess a proven track record in financial management,
showcasing exceptional skills in leading a team to exceed financial targets
and driving organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
* Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
* Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies that significantly exceed organizational targets.
* Innovation and Agility: Demonstrate agility in adopting new ideas and processes to enhance financial operations.
* Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments to align financial strategies with overall business goals.
* Communication: Effectively communicate financial insights and strategies to key stakeholders at all levels within the organization, working closely with the Senior Management.
Qualification and Experience
* Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in Dubai, within a finance management role, preferably in a dynamic and growing business environment.
* Team Management: Proven experience in managing and building a successful finance team.
* Innovative Thinking: Ability to embrace new ideas and processes quickly and effectively, to adapt to a fast paced environment.
* Software Proficiency: Experience of working with Financial Solutions; familiarity with Zoho Accounts is advantageous, but not mandatory.
* Location: Must be currently based in Dubai.
