About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Manager, Finance to join our team at a hotel.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial
operations of the hotel, including accounting, budgeting, financial analysis,
and reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of hospitality
industry financial practices, as well as excellent analytical and
communication skills.

Role Responsibilities:
* Oversee all financial operations of the hotel, including accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
* Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures for the hotel.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for the hotel management team and corporate headquarters.
* Manage the hotel's cash flow and ensure that all financial obligations are met in a timely and accurate manner.
* Prepare and present financial forecasts and budgets to the hotel management team and corporate headquarters.
* Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal financial regulations and reporting requirements.
* Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
* Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure financial goals are aligned with overall business objectives.
* Manage the hotel's banking relationships and ensure that all banking transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
* Provide financial guidance and support to other departments within the hotel.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
* Minimum of ‎5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
* Strong understanding of hospitality industry financial practices and reporting requirements.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
* Experience with financial reporting software and systems.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
