Job details

We are looking for a pro-active and enterprising Executive Assistant to
provide comprehensive administrative support to our Dynamic CEO, whilst
ensuring the CEO has what is needed to drive strategy and meet internal
commitments.

The Executive Assistant will manage the CEO's agenda, anticipate and
prioritize requirements, and support with efficiency and effectiveness.

Whilst serving as a role model within the Business Support Team, the role
will involve collaborating across all teams to support the growth of the
firm.

What you 'll be doing:
* Managing a complex daily schedule including scheduling client and internal meetings
* Ensuring the CEO is well prepared and informed ahead of meetings
* Reviewing and summarizing emails, prioritizing actions and responding where appropriate
* Co-ordinating travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodation and transport as needed for a seamless experience
* Drafting a variety of communications on behalf of the CEO, for internal matters as well as for social media and external releases
* Act as a trusted adviser, keeping the CEO informed of critical information
* Preparing presentations, reports and other documents as required
* Providing general support whilst being aware of and supporting with wellbeing
* Assessing and suggest ways to improve processes and enhance efficiency
* Maintaining CRM and document management systems

* Advanced skill level with Microsoft applications and other software
Required Experience and Qualifications:
* Previous experience of ‎6 to ‎10+ years working as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a professional services environment
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), ideally in Business or Finance
* Additional certifications related to technology or project management will be considered a plus
* Excellent spoken and written English, Arabic speaking is advantageous
