‎30,000 - ‎35,000 AED per month

Our client is looking for an Administration Manager to join their fast-growing
firm in Dubai. As the Administration Manager, you will play an important role
within the business. They are seeking someone hands-on; results driven and
lead the growth of the firm managing admin related tasks.


This would be perfect for someone who has worked in a start-up environment
juggling a busy varied role.


Duties Include:



  • Company set-up: Setting up Bank Accounts and ensuring all administration in regards to company setup in respective freezone is handled seamlessly

  • Manage supplier payments and accounts receivable: Process invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments. Build and maintain supplier relationships. Monitor and collect outstanding receivables.

  • Banking Transactions: Reviewing and executing payments with approval of the directors, following up with the respective banks and handling all correspondence related to incoming/outgoing payments

  • Relationship Management: Maintaining good relationships with free zone officials, tax

  • authorities and banks

  • HR Administration: Create offer letters, work contracts, and assist in setting up health

  • insurance for employees. Handle visa-related requests and support onboarding and offboarding of new employees from an administrative perspective.

  • Expense Management: Manage and track employee expenses, including reimbursements.

  • Ensure the accuracy of expense reports and forward invoices and information to the

  • accounting department.

  • Contract Administration: Act as the Power of Attorney (POA) holder to sign and file

  • contracts and legal documents on behalf of the Director. Provide administrative support to the firm's portfolio companies.

  • Support for the Accountant: Provide indirect management support for the accountant by coordinating financial documents and records.

  • General Administrative Tasks: Assist the Director and other team members with daily

  • administrative tasks related to the business, ensuring the office runs smoothly.

To be successful in this Admin Manager role you must be willing to juggle many
hats and if you have worked in a start-up environment then this will be
desirable.

Requirements



  • Masters Degree in economics, finance or business administration is preferred

  • Bachelor's degree is a minimum requirement

  • Proven experience as a Finance/Treasury Manager or Paralegal in an international

  • company setting is required

  • Experience in working with UAE based banks is required

  • Knowledge of contract administration and legal documentation.

  • Understanding of HR administration, including offer letters and work contracts.

  • Familiarity with expense management, invoicing, and accounting processes.
