We are looking to recruit a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our
customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. Candidate will be responsible
for maximizing our sales team potential, building sales plans for both
countries UAE and Kuwait. Candidate will be setting goals for His/her team
members and produce monthly forecasting reports to track and present the
achieving versus targets and budgets based on what's happening with revenue
streams so that everything runs smoothly from month to month till the year
ends.
Roles & Responsibilities include:
* Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in the markets of focus.
* Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives in the countries of scope
* Achieve growth while achieving sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
* Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.
* Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
* Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
* Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
* Identify His/Her markets and market dynamics while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Minimum Requirements
Requirements and skills
* BS/MS degree in medical sciences or pharmaceutical.
Previous sales management experience in specialty line (Oncology/hematology or
immunology are a must).
* Previous sales experience in UAE and Kuwait.
* 8 years of proven sales record including people management
* Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
* Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
* Strong business sense and industry expertise
* Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
