What you'll do

You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
* You will be responsible for developing strong relationship within your assigned Groups + Events segments to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
* You'll also seek for increasing production and revenue for the hotel in order to meet and exceed annual hotel budgets.
* Our values of, Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. As a Groups and Events Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy.
* Responsible for contracting and planning group room blocks and meeting spaces from start to finish according to client requirements.
* You'll be responsible for preparing all event/ group documentation and coordinating with the client and suppliers to ensure consistent high-level service.
* Send weekly reports on events & groups to all hotel departments for future business overview.
* You'll be in charge of administrative activities of the department
* You'll work in an organized and strategic manner, analyzing business reports and data daily to keep updated with the business' needs.
