HR Policies Officer
Job Description:
* Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resum e screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks.
* Coordinate the onboarding of new employees, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions and completing required documentation.
* Maintain employee records and human resources databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Support employee relations by responding to and resolving employee questions, issues and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and programs, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
* Coordinate and administer employee benefits and compensation programs, including leave management, insurance and payroll.
* Assist in the development and delivery of training and development programs, including identifying training needs, planning sessions and evaluating program effectiveness.
* Support performance management processes including assisting with goal setting, performance appraisals and disciplinary procedures.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor 's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
* Additional certifications in HR or relevant fields is a plus.
Experience :
* Familiarity with human resources employment processes, practices and laws.
