Job Description:
* Review related product note/ CBE Regulations (if any) prior developing New /amending Bank procedures.
* Create new Procedures / Manuals for new products/services/departments.
* Renew Bank Procedures based on the Department approved plan.
* Amend procedures based on changes received from Business/Process Owners.
* Attain stakeholders' approval before circulating the Procedures.
* Refine/ Proofread Procedures prior Circulation.
* Upload approved circulated Procedures on the Intranet to be accessible to All staff.
* Upload Soft Backup files of Procedures & their approvals on the dep. shared folder.
* Update All Internal sheets related to Procedures.
Create Flow Charts for Bank Procedures with Process cycles.


Job Requirements & Specifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field such as Commerce or Economics.

  • Excellent command of both English and Arabic; written and spoken

  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office.

  • High communication & follow up skills to attain approvals from stakeholders.

  • Detailed oriented with high level of accuracy.

  • Between ‎2-‎5 years of demonstrated work experience in the banking sector.
