Job Description:
Support for operating systems, Office Package, Networks, Printers and
Peripherals;
Maintenance of desktops and notebooks;
Installation of software and printers on the network and locally;
Micros formatting and installation of OS and applications;
Phone, chat, remote and face-to-face support;
Job Requirements:
* Delivery of computer equipment such as monitors, keyboards, mice, etc.;
* Registration and management of calls containing deadlines for carrying out the service (SLA);
