Key Responsibilities
*
Achieves and maintains the Highest Level of Sanitation, strictly controlling
necessary documents for government certification across all dining concepts
and kitchen areas, ensuring a Next-Level Dining Experience for Guests.
* Establishes internal Hygiene Audits in collaboration with Department Heads, enforcing meticulous Cleaning Schedules in all areas, both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH), to guarantee Optimal Cleanliness.
* Attains and upholds Sanitation Policies mandated by the Dubai Municipality, ensuring a Boundary-Breaking Dining Atmosphere that Exceeds Standards.
* Leads by example through a passionate and Hands-On Approach, remaining visible and aiding FIVE Tribe Members in all aspects of the operation to foster a Sensational Guest Experience.
* Demonstrates Personal Ownership and responsibility for promoting an efficient operation, displaying a Visionary Mindset.
* Proactively familiarises oneself with daily Financial Results in the dining destinations and the overall Hotel, consistently seeking opportunities for improvement.
* Actively participates in the Food Safety Training Programme together with various Heads of Departments to conduct theoretical and practical training sessions to other FIVE Tribe Members.
* Prepares captivating presentations and Training Materials to ensure a Remarkable Training Experience.
* Cultivates excellent Interpersonal Skills, dedicating quality time to FIVE Tribe Members, seeking direct feedback, and effectively resolving challenges to achieve the highest level of FIVE Tribe and Guest Satisfaction, elevating the 'Vibe at FIVE.'
* Motivates and inspires FIVE Tribe Members by being a Visionary Leader who builds a strong team where people enjoy working and having fun, sets bold objectives, and embraces empowerment, resulting in a Boundary-Breaking approach to work.
* Ensures optimum productivity by monitoring Team Efficiency and encouraging a Multi-Tasking Work Ethic, while meticulously adhering to Safety Regulations and Procedures to maintain an Industry-Leading Food Safety Standard.

Requirements
What We 're Looking For**
*
Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or a similar field.
* Previous experience in a Food Safety and Hygiene Department within a Luxurious ‎5-Star Hotel Group is an Essential Requirement.
* A minimum of ‎5 years' experience in the Hospitality and Food Production Industry.
* Demonstrated expertise in HACCP, ISO22000 and UAE Food Safety Regulations and Standards.
* Exceptional Communication and Negotiation Skills, fostering seamless interaction with FIVE Tribe Members and stakeholders.
* Proficient Administration Skills to create Comprehensive Reports and investigations, ensuring the highest level of professionalism and attention to detail.
* Computer literacy, with a mastery of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook to enable the creation of documents and presentations.
* 'FIVE-Styled' Visionary thinking by finding creative solutions, while taking Ownership for all duties and tasks assigned.
* Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
* A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a 'Can-Do!' Spirit.
