Requirements
Key Responsibilities

Proactively support the efficient operation of the Food and Beverage
Department, ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction and comfort are
achieved with our Award-Winning 'FIVE-Star' touch.
* Successfully accomplish Food and Beverage initiatives and hotel targets, ensuring that plans and objectives are met with Boundary-Breaking approach.
* Effectively manage and lead the Sensational Food and Beverage Team, cultivating a culture of growth, development, and high performance within the department to create a stunning and luxurious guest experience.
* Assume responsibility for the Departmental Budget, maintaining control over costs and inventory while achieving desired levels of productivity and performance.
* Cultivate and nurture Productive Working Relationships with all key stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration in an Electric environment.
* Implement and execute impactful programmes that elevate service standards, drive profitability, and ensure efficient cost control.
* Ensure strict adherence and compliance to all relevant policies and country laws, demonstrating diligence in planning, delivering, and documenting best practise activities for internal and external audits in a professional manner.
* Keep abreast of the latest industry and competitor trends, ensuring continuous professional development for oneself and other FIVE Tribe Members.
* Strive relentlessly to create an exceptional guest experience, going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations with 'FIVE-Styled' service, rejuvenating and energising guests with a Next-Level and Disruptive approach.
* Collaborate with the Culinary Team to develop and implement innovative and artfully presented menu offerings that meet the discerning tastes of foodies and create an Insta-worthy foodie extravaganza.
* Coordinate and oversee special events and celebrations, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and flawless execution to leave a lasting impression on guests.
* Represent the Food and Beverage Department as an industry-leading expert, participating in industry events, staying updated on emerging trends, and sharing knowledge with the FIVE Tribe and beyond.
