Key Responsibilities
*
Conducting private and group classes taking into consideration the guest needs
& preferences.
* Good understanding of all wellness & recreation services offered.
* Ability to develop and execute effective training plans that consistently meets and exceeds member and guests health and fitness goals.
* Ability to provide the proper and safe operation and care of all health club equipment including fitness equipment.
* Ability to report equipment malfunctions promptly and accurately.
* Ability to ensure safety procedures are followed and notify Security of any incident or injury.
* Actively promote personal training and fitness activities through frequent member and guest interaction.
* To ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Fitness Centre.
* To assist in the operations of all fitness centre departments as required
* To assist in the smooth flow of the guests journey throughout the day
* To attend to guests in the relaxation, waiting areas and fitness centre ensuring that they are comfortable as well as offering refreshments.
* To proactively offer assistance to all fitness centre guests when necessary.
* To conduct fitness assessments, personal training & classes.
