DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES About the role
Inside Sales is a critical role at Exclusive Networks as it caters for both
internal and external customer needs for the whole region. you will be an
integral part of a successful sales team. You will support the ongoing growth
of Exclusive Networks by providing the Majors Team with accurate quotes, order
processing and completion of administration tasks with the goal of achieving
margin targets.
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will:
* Engage in making quotes and Processing orders.
* Coordinate with vendor account managers for pricing and BOQ.
* Sending quotes to partners with the correct solution and pricing.
* Coordinate with the technical team on BOQs based on the required solutions.
* Help build and maintain longterm business relations with vendor account managers as well as the partners to better Exclusive Networks position in the market.
* Ensure that the pricing and margins allocated to each opportunity are correct.
* Help solve partner issues related to product by aligning with the vendor contact to offer proper solutions to the partner.
* Ensuring that all quotes sent to partners and orders received are in line with Exclusive Networks guidelines and Compliance.
* Follow up on open opportunities with the partners where required.
* Keep the customer updated on their orders by liaising with our logistics team for proper updates.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
About you*
The ideal Inside Sales Executive will have:
* Responsive and efficient
* Strong communication skills, with good telephone manner
* Attention to detail
* Good administrative skills
* Ability to learn quickly
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
* Ability to problem solve, identifying a clients needs and respond accordingly.
* Multi-lingual would be an advantage
