About the job:
The Red Hat Sales team is looking for an Inside Sales Account Representative
to join us in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be
responsible for supporting the sales account managers and partner account
managers in the region with large deals. You'll also manage other sales
opportunities on your own including selling, coordinating different
stakeholders, and working with Salesforce.com (SFDC) to guide the opportunity
through the complete sales cycle.
What you will do:
* Work closely with account managers to provide quotes, pricing, and responses to sales inquiries
* Grow and renew existing customer relationships; discover new business opportunities
* Engage with end users, partners, and distributors on a daily basis to develop and close new and existing opportunities
* Manage forecasts and pipeline, record sales activity, schedule follow-up activities as needed, and track customer data using customer relationship management (CRM) tools like SFDC
* Work with the Finance, Bid Desk, Legal, and Operations teams across the region to facilitate deals and make sure that all necessary information is provided
* Contribute to lead generation and prospecting efforts for potential customers
* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the industry and Red Hat's competitive position in it
What you will bring:
* Fluent written and verbal language skills in Arabic and English
* 4+ years of experience working in a similar software sales support position
* Experience selling software solutions throughout Qatar, Kuwait, and UAE
* Positive attitude toward and clear focus on delivering high-quality services to our customers
* Excellent organizational and time management skills; high attention to detail
* Ability to handle multiple priorities
* Understanding of the complete sales cycle management from prospecting to closing
* Ability to build long-term relationships with customers by establishing trust and credibility
* Ability to coordinate complex activities in a fast-paced environment
