Position
SALES PERFUME AMBASSADOR
Be the key point of contact for fragrances within the Bulgari Boutiques in
UAE, both internally and externally.
Key responsibilities include delivering excellent product knowledge and brand
storytelling, meeting sales targets & generating new leads for the boutique,
monitoring & replenishing the stock, ensuring a flawless in-store display,
having a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics in a luxury
environment.
Main Accountabilities*
* Contributing to increase consumers brand experience in Bulgari Boutiques
* Providing Excellent Customer Service & Brand Experience consistency across boutiques
* Generating new leads & facilitate up-selling/cross-selling
* Growing fragrance clients' database
* Collecting personal and contact details following the company's guidelines
* Preparing and submitting orders for both products and VM tools in alignment with the store manager
* Ensuring in-store excellence according to the brand visual merchandising guidelines
* Consolidating performance report of in-store activations including quantitative and qualitative insight
Profile
* Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and with luxury fragrances
* Superb communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers and create a loyal customer base
* Attentive to details
* Proactive, committed, and enthusiastic team player
* Able to work comfortably in a luxury environment
* Able to adapt to flexible schedules across Bulgari Boutiques is UAE
