Job Description:

Job Family Definition:
Apply customer experience and loyalty research and measurement to design,
deploy and manage the total customer experience for assigned
segment/product/solutions.

Lead customer experience design and definition through the strategic
application of design methodologies, conducting user groups and identifying
usability across customer lifecycle touch points, including customer
relationship with company. Lead strategic alignment of organizations and
resources to deliver designed customer experiences to market and maintain
customer retention. Represent the voice of the customer and actively
participates in direct customer interactions. Design, deliver and manage
customer experiences within Customer Experience Centers.
Management Level Definition:
Applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of
common business issues. Works on problems of moderately complex scope. Acts as
an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project
direction input. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and
procedures to determine appropriate action. Follows established guidelines and
interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.
Responsibilities:
* Design and manage customized customer experiences and briefings.
* Identify and secure appropriate discussion leaders for transactional level briefings.
* Lead pre-executive briefing centers calls with discussion leaders and account rep to facilitate information exchange about the customer and to identify key messages for each speaker.
* Based on the combined understanding of sales objectives, knowledge of company products, solutions and strategies, develop effective agendas and content with appropriate discussion leaders.
Education and Experience Required:
* BA or BS in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
* ‎3+ years marketing experience.
* Project management experience a plus.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Working knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools.
* Familiarity with relevant products/services/solution offering categories in technology company.
* Strong written/oral communications and analytical skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work as part of a team.
* Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of the organization and functional disciplines.
* Ability to influence and drive consensus.
Impact/Scope:
* Recommend/deploy marketing programs that generate revenue and share.
Complexity:
* Moderate - Generally not senior management or partner/customer-facing; limited cross-functional/cross- org interaction.
