Customer Advisor
Job Description:
* Provide a memorable shopping experience within the store at all times to the customer.
* Greet and guide customers, welcoming them and clarifying their doubts to give them an exceptional experience inside the store.
* Help customers find products when requested.
* Indicate to customers the different payment options
* Order and constantly replace the products that arrive at the sales floor.
* Inform headquarters about products with a higher level of rotation, in order to avoid stock breaks.
* Transfer damaged products to the warehouse, leaving a record of them.
* Push the sale of the assigned area, promoting initiatives and strategies that aim to increase it.
Job Requirements:
Experience in Retail
Complete Secondary Education
