About The Role

As an Assistant Manager - Retail, you will be responsible for assisting the
Manager - Retail in managing the daily retail operations. The successful
candidate will be in charge of ensuring that high service standards are
consistently delivered and maintained for our valued customers. Through
communications and interpersonal skills the Assistant Manager - Retail will
lead the team of Team Leaders and Sales Clerks by ensuring a team focus
environment and inspire to achieve business goals.

About You
The ideal candidate will proactively seek for areas of improvement within the
department and on a personal level. Assistant Manager must be able to give and
receive constructive feedback from team members. Dedicated leaders will ensure
the growth and development throughout your journey with Atlantis, The Royal.
This role requires a minimum of ‎3 years at an Assistant Manager level within a
similar capacity, luxury background in retail hospitality or standalone
stores. Fluency in English is mandatory, and an additional language is
advantageous; French, Italian, German, Chinese, Spanish or Arabic.
