POSITION SUMMARY
Account Management Associate (Governmental and Privet sector) is responsible
for support growth and development of the assigned area business, extensive
promotion of a product sales and brand image and fostering team performance
and reputation of the Company's values.
Account Management:
* Support Achieving / exceeding agreed sales targets, market share and promoting brand image in the assigned area for the assigned products - developing work/activity short and Long Account plans in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders.
* Support regular mapping of Key stakeholders within Key Accounts to be submitted at the beginning of year and updated quarterly through Pfizer Segmentation Model and Tool.
* Support Development of long-lasting relationships with Key customers at key accounts.
* Support thorough and ongoing needs assessment of customers at key accounts and take action to meet customer needs in compliance with Pfizer policies and SOPs.
* Point of Contact between Pfizer and accounts and act as the "voice of customer" internally, communicating customers interests to cross functional teams to develop tailored strategies /solutions that will meet achieve win /win outcome.
* To be involved in accounts negotiation and support Pfizer Position through Market Intelligence.
* Up to date competition activities at the Account Level.
* Provide insights on account analytics to support business decisions.
* Monitor policy change at the Accounts and proactively communicate to commercial Organization.
* To be Pfizer Point of Contact at account level Leading the team on key business drivers and engaging the customers.
Account Plan:
* Support in Development and implementation of Business/Customer/Account plans for achieving sales goals in line with the Pfizer Business objectives.
* Provide support to account team's planning and execution activities using Pfizer systems e.g., KAM Pulse.
Inventory Management:
* Monitor stocks of Pfizer Portfolio at Accounts and ensure adequate supply using Pfizer stock management Systems and avoid out of stock situations through timely supply of Pfizer Products.
* Support Forecasting quantities of product by account based on Tenders and contracting shipments and supply status from ready to sell products at distributor level.
* Provide Monthly Forecast to the commercial organization to be updated periodically based on commercial organization structure.
* Support invoicing & delivery to Accounts in collaboration with Customer Relations to invoicing and delivery process.
Cross functional Collaboration:
* Serve As Pfizer Point of Contact with Key Customers and coordinate the cross functional activities with the different team members to fulfill the agreed upon account strategies for Pfizer Portfolio.
* Provide regular update on the status of the accounts to cross functional team members in commercial communications meetings with categories.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENT
* Medical/pharmaceutical educational background.
* ‎2+ years sales experience.
* Role model for Pfizer values and leader behaviors.
* Knowledge of healthcare environment - Structures/ Functionality/ Processes.
* Strong commercial awareness.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Arabic languages, including presentation experience to large and diverse audiences.
* Demonstrated leadership skills, business analytical skills, influencing and Interpersonal communication ability.
* A confident and determined approach.
* Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection and demonstrate problem solving capabilities.
* A high degree of self-motivation and drive.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Saudi National
