Position: Maintenance Management Analysis Instructor

Summary:
Instructors will train foreign military students in the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia to produce qualified technicians in their assigned specialties who are
able to maintain aircraft systems, subsystems, support equipment, and/or
provide logistics support and expertise with little or no supervision.
Training shall provide students specialty Upgrade Training to elevate skills
from 3-level to 5-level and 5-level to 7-level on F-15SA aircraft, GE engines,
and associated support services for the following specialty.
Instruct on the following Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Perform On-the-Job Training (OJT), administer Career Development Courses as required, and teach Field Training Detachment courses as required to upgrade RSAF 3-level technicians to 5-level technicians, 5-level technicians to 7-level technicians and perform other related duties as assigned.
- The upgrade training will require hands-on demonstration as required for core and work center tasks in the Career Field Education and Training Plan (CFETP) or Specialty Training Standard (STS).
- Collects, monitors, audits, evaluates, and analyzes MIS data. Periodically audits source data for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with directives. Collects and maintains data for use in analysis reports, studies, and problem identification. Using statistical techniques, interprets findings from data, identifies trends and significant deviations, and recommends corrective action.
- Analyzes deficiencies in areas such as equipment performance, materiel consumption, scheduling, management, and resources; their impact on the maintenance mission; and results of corrective actions. Prepares visual media for analysis studies. Prepares written reports and special studies and presents recommendations and briefings to senior managers.
- Controls, manages, and maintains MIS and performs FSA duties. Coordinates, effects development, and schedules MIS products, retrievals, and other programs. Identifies problems and recommends and applies corrective actions related to MIS operation and maintenance. Identifies and reports database problems and issues.
- Coordinates with appropriate information management and processing centers to ensure automated systems capability and compatibility with customer requirements are met. Focal point for MIS requirements and enhancements. Forward requirements and enhancements to higher headquarters for approval.
- Any and all other duties as directed by the Program Manager/Site Manager.
Required educational/skills background:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum five (5) years previous experience and a 7-level or equivalent in Maintenance Analysis.
Previous instructor qualification highly desired.
Physical Demands:
This position requires normal physical functions. Work may require frequent
bending, reaching, and climbing. Normal color/depth perception and no record
of emotional instability are required.
Work Environment (ADA):
May be required to work in areas in or near a hangar/ flight line that may be
noisy at times. May be exposed to moderate discomforts, such as heat, cold and
wind. May be required to wear personal protective equipment when in or passing
thru a hazardous area.
Office environment
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud at times
