the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms File and update
contact information of employees, suppliers and external partners Support the
finance department with their needs. Support and facilitate the completion of
regular reports Develop and maintain a filing system Check frequently the
levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders Undertake receptionist
duties Requirements Proven work experience as a Secretary or Receptionist
Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques High degree
of multi-tasking and time management capability Integrity and professionalism
Proficiency in MS Office Fluent in English (Read/write) Good Arabic
(Read/write) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: KD250.000 - KD400.000 per
month Annual extra salary Ability to commute/relocate: Kuwait City: Reliably
commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience:
Secretary: 2+ years (Preferred) Language: Perfect English and Arabic
License/Certification: Driving License is an added plus (Preferred) Expected
