Job Description
* Collect information about employees and guests to ensure the expected adaptation of services on site to enhance personalized experience wherever possible.
* Ensure reporting on the utilization of services and overall engagement
* Ensure / provides answer to the employee, launch and follow up the corrective action and track personally issue resolution.
* Provide information for onsite services and advise customers on the usage of the services.
* Ensure user feedback collection with the iFM partner at various touch points and from the different channels
* Analyze feedbacks and generates the reporting according to the appropriate details, site /regions, /touch points, business reviews and associated communications)
* Reports user satisfaction for Workplace Experience manager.
* Ensure the Sanofi Hospitality Attitude is embodied by all members of the Facility Management teams (providers and internal collaborators) and reports deviations to the Workplace Experience manager.
* Ensure regular HM tips reminders / key services behaviors for local teams (acculturation / continuous trainings)
* Retrains local teams on the Hospitality Culture
* Build relationships with employees to foster the sense of Community
* Support site communication through appropriated channels (Appÿ, NL, screens…)
* Collaborate with IFM partner teams to cocreate calendar of events and activities focusing on employee's experience and satisfaction.
* Administrative related work to the Workplace experience department. E.g., arrangement of meetings, preparation of minutes of meeting, scheduling the inspections, etc.
* Workplace Experience document controller and record keeping
* Support in Contractor management to ensure safe onboarding, job completion and closing of the activities.
* Follow HSE rules and standard on Sanofi Sites in Jeddah, Riyadh and Khobar. Review safety status for all equipment, earthing, moving parts, door switches .... etc.
* Engaging and involving the cross-functional teams to improve the Workplace Experience performance.
* Preparation of training matrix and plan. Including following up and effectiveness check.
* Provide support in implementing the Workplace Experience action plans.

* Abide by the requirements of the internal Code of Ethics including but not restricted to maintaining high professional standards of conduct in line with the Company procedure with a duty of care to the reputation of the Company
Ethical Leadership
* Takes personal accountability to use personal experience and knowledge, as well as the training and tools provided by Sanofi, to maintain a good knowledge and understanding of all ethics and governance relevant to the role (Sanofi Policies and Procedures and any relevant legal requirements) and demonstrate personal leadership in applying these to all work undertaken.
* Escalates any decisions, or seek the support of colleagues or management if personal knowledge and understanding is not at the level required to carry out any part of the role
Health, Safety and Environment Responsibilities
* To care for his/her own safety and wellbeing and the safety of others, and to co-operate with the company to ensure a safe place of work. Employees are therefore expected to:
* Support and conform to Company HSE rules and procedures to ensure a safe, healthy, and pollution free work environment.
* Follow HSE guidelines and take all necessary measures applicable to effectively implement the 'HSE action plan (PASS)' in the work area and the activities.
* Follow HSE rules and 'Act responsibly' to protect yourself and others from an injury and ill health conditions while at the work locations and/or while using road e.g traffic rules, emergency evacuation procedure, medical surveillance, healthy lifestyle etc.
* Follow the company's road safety program.
* Attend HSE training and implement the learnings.
* Participate in the HSE related activities, campaigns, events etc. and adopt the learning in day to day work activities.
* Report all the accident/ incident (if any) to the Line Manager and the HSE Manager, and help to investigate further.
* Thoroughly read all HSE instructions, procedures, policies issued by the Company, and comply with its requirements. Escalate any doubts or uncertainties to the Line Manager.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
* Saudi National only.
* Diploma or bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
* Solid understanding of Hospitality management.
* Customer service orientation
* Strong verbal reasoning skills and written communication abilities
* Hospitality Management trained
* Minimum English + local language
* Microsoft pack office, Excels / data management
* Basic FM knowledge (soft & hard services)
* Matrix organization experience
* International background with exposure to multicultural environments
* Project Management: able to pilot transverse projects
