Job details

Execute the administrative tasks including the financial process eg: PRs, the
business trips, due payments from the agencies, meetings, on boarding
coordination and contribution in projects as requested to support the
department and ensure smooth operations
Accountabilities
Administrative Requests:
* Execute the payment process including dealing with the external parties, following up the required signatures, creation of Purchase Requests (PRs), Payment Orders (POs)…etc. to ensure accurate and timely implementation of the department's payments.
* Execute the administrative requests of the assigned department including Business Cards issuance, per deem, business trip forms, employment forms…etc. through the coordination with the concerned parties in order to follow up the required approvals and signatures.
Department Management:
* Coordinate the high level departmental meetings through the communication with the concerned parties to ensure timely implementation of the meetings as per the meetings' agenda.
* Contribute in the on boarding process through the creation of the IT requests (e-mail and hardware) and coordination of the induction schedule to ensure the availability of approved schedule.
* Participate in the departmental projects as required in order to support the department operations.
Employee's duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned
Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

* Days off : ‎2 Days Off
* Working Hours : ‎8:00 AM - ‎5:00 PM (‎1 hour break)
