Job description
Overview
As insurance specialist you will be carrying out the contracting of the
Company's Property and Health Insurance, negotiation and management of
framework contracts, tenders and other specific contracts in order to achieve
the best purchase conditions in quality, coverage, term and costs,
guaranteeing the optimum support to the viability and continuity of business /
operations, claims against contracted insurance, managing communication with
the experts and the broker to collect the claims covered by these insurance.
Responsibilities and Duties:-
Follow up
* Pending issues with insurance companies
* Pending Issues with sister and group companies
* Gathering needed information for renewal or new policies from the group
* Receiving & review new suppliers contract (sister and group companies ) to ensure of complying insurance requirements
* Completing insurance questionnaires and KYC from the related and concern departments
Claims
* Assist in handling and managing marine claims
* Follow up with pending requests under motor claims
* Assist in solving daily medical claims and rejected approvals
Insurance Committee
* Follow up with agreed plan and targets of the committee
* Schedule and follow up meeting of the IC.
Insurance Consultant
* Follow up with insurance consultant on behalf of treasury
Reporting
* Submit monthly report to treasury with all pending and a closed issue.
Qualification
* Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Insurance or Finance ( Insurance is Preferred )
* 2 years ´ experience in the insurance field.
* Saudi National
* Fluency in English (highly preferred)
* Advanced working knowledge of Excel.
