Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive under the general guidance and supervision
of the DOSM / DOS, and within the limits of established hotel policies and
procedures, overseas and implements all sales activities in his/her specific
area of responsibility.
As a Business Development Executive, we rely on you to,
Implements all sales action plans related to his/her market areas as outlined
in the marketing plan.
Conducts daily sales calls and arrange familiarization/site inspection trips
to hotels by corporate clients.
Participates in weekly sales & marketing meeting to share ideas or feedback on
business improvement.
Establishes and maintains effective communication channel.
Good command in writing & speaking English.
Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintains the highest standards of professionalism and attitude towards all
hotel guests, clients, staff, and employees.
Demonstrate strong negotiation skill to maximize hotel profit in all revenue
producing areas.
Maintains a cohesive working relationship with Sales & Marketing team, and
other operating departments of the hotel.
What we are Looking For:
At least 1 year working experience in hotel
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the Arabic
language)
Computer Knowledge.
