We are recruiting for a Butler to join the team at Rosewood Jeddah hotel.
We invite you to join the team of Room division (Butler Service), where you
will be responsible for all aspects of guest care internally during the stay,
assisting in all areas of the hotel and continual improvement of skills
through training and practice.

This role will require an exceptional level of attention to detail and care to
your butler department. As we are known as the only hotel offering the premium
guest service "Butler Service" to all our guests and it is essential to
achieve our service goal by providing the highest professional standards which
not only meet but exceed the guest's expectation.

Responsibilities
Acts promptly and professionally on guest needs.
Abides strictly to the established operating procedures.
Ensures the privacy of our guests and families as well as respects culture and
sense of place.
Maintains an excellent reputation in the eyes of the guests and the staff.
Builds friendly relationships with colleagues in all areas.
Act in an intuitive manner and engaging service with the guests.
Qualifications
‎2-‎4 years of work experience.
Candidates should have a warm and welcome smile and a positive attitude
Maintains the minimum operating standards including the Rosewood standards.
Maintains close coordination with the Front Office.
