Key Responsibilities: Tenant Sourcing and Outreach:
Proactively identify potential retail and F &B; tenants through market
research, networking, and outreach efforts.
Maintain an up-to-date database of prospective tenants, ensuring effective
communication and follow-up.

Lease Negotiation and Documentation:
Conduct initial meetings with prospective tenants to understand their leasing
needs and preferences.
Collaborate with the leasing team to negotiate lease terms and conditions that
align with both the company's and tenants' objectives.
Prepare lease agreements and other necessary documentation in compliance with
company policies and legal requirements.

Property Marketing:
Develop innovative marketing strategies to showcase available retail and F &B;
units, attracting a diverse pool of potential tenants.
Utilize various marketing channels, including digital platforms, social media,
and print media, to promote vacancies effectively.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients,
providing exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process.
Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and
professional leasing experience.

Market Analysis:
Conduct regular market research and analysis to stay informed about industry
trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Present leasing insights and recommendations to the leasing team to optimize
property performance.
