Role Purpose:
Perform medical analysis and the inflation drivers from medical point of view,
along with underwriting and pricing cases.
Key Accountabilities:
1- Medical Underwriting;
* Estimate cost of the medical conditions declared under the retail products based on medical reports and test results submitted by the member for new retail business.
* Recommend price adjustments to cover the risk of any declared condition based on proper evaluation and risk assessment.
* Assess the medical risks associated with medical conditions and the range of potential treatments and their costs for corporate segment.
* Provide sufficient medical information and evaluate major conditions for corporate and retail contracts
* Underwrite technical results of the existing corporate and retail contracts, analyze claims and estimate future risk
* Review existing policies addition requests with declared condition for corporate and retail products
* Share in new product development and existing products revamping
