Bachelor's degree in business administration/management. MBA is preferred.
Relevant certifications in retail operations management are must (e.g., ICSC,
MECSC). Experience: Atleast 12-15 years in retail operations, tenant
management, with at least 8-10 years in a senior leadership role. Experience
in dealing with local authorities in KSA/ GCC along with crowed management
planning & control. Proven track record in managing the operations of large
retail shopping center (upwards of 90k sqm of GLA), in managing FM service
provider, and in leasing category implementation, Competencies Required:
Demonstrated skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with
internal and external stakeholders. Strong conflict resolution/management
skills along with interpersonal skill. Strong Commercial readiness and
monitoring coupled with operational experience. Excellent planning and
organizing skills. Strong Hospitality orientation Command of Arabic & English
