(Riyadh, Saudi Arabia) Looking for a Mall Manager for a luxury shopping mall.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for both the behind-the-scenes and customer-facing
operations of a retail shopping center. Proficient in all facets of operation
including sales and revenue maximization, business planning, financial
management & employee staffing and development.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to
the following:
* Develop a structured business plan for the mall covering all key components of mall operation.
* Working with Head of Marketing to provide sales/marketing workshops for tenants to increase sales revenue.
* Negotiation of leases both new and renewals across all categories.
* Develop and maintain a long term beneficial relationship with all existing tenants and Retail Groups to ensure continued and future business.
* To prepare, review and adjust financial budgets, systems and processes and monitor performance against budget.
* Ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the shopping mall, facilitating good environment for retailers business activity and pleasant shopping environment for customers.
* Supervise and manage shopping mall operations such as property management, tenant management, customer service, contract services such as Facility management, cleaning, security, maintenance, etc.
* Handle the day to day operations in the Mall ensuring operations are kept up to the highest quality standards in order to meet all tenant and customer requirements.
* Maintain a strong working relationship with all important Municipal Emergency services including Police, Civil Defense, and Fire & Para Medic Services.
* Generating new sales revenue for tenant lease/vendor contracts.
* Recruited, hired, and trained a cohesive, high performing and diverse team with an in-depth concentration of excellence within the customer experience.
* Skilled at organizing complex projects, defining project priorities, and delegating tasks, while creating a disciplined culture.

* Previous work experience in luxury mall management
* Experience in attracting luxury and famous brands to the mall
