We are looking for an electrical diploma fresher to join our
apprenticeship program in maintenance department.
In this apprenticeship program you will receive on the job training to carry
out the below listed Maintenance Department activities.
* Machinery, Equipment & Utilities Repairs and Maintenance
* TRUMPF Laser / Punching / Bending Machine Maintenance -- CNC maintenance.
* PLC Based systems, VFDs, C02 / Stud welding Machines.
* Powder Paint Plant, Shot Blast
* Working With maintenance Team to perform all departmental related activities on day-to-day basis Projects -- Continuous improvements, Modifications.
Key Accountabilities:
You will receive training and on-the-job learning when assisting the
Maintenance Team Personnel to carry out the below listed activities.
* Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of machinery & equipment
* Routine Maintenance. Report Generation
* Service records keeping
* Continuous Improvement and Cost Saving Activities involvement
* H&S and Environmental related work implementation
* Spare Pats identification and listing
* Meeting the departmental KPls
* Safety Compliance at work place
You will undertake any other duties and responsibilities as required /
instructed by line manager and adhere to all Company Health & Safety Policies,
Procedures and Safe Working Practices.
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Diploma Electrical / Electronics, Preferred Elective Subject -- Circuit
Theory
Minimum Experience: Fresher, no experience required.
Behavioral Competencies: Teamwork and communication, Self-motivated. Proper
coordination with the team and team leaders.
