Key responsibilities
* Coordinate the overall planning process (in line with functional planning guideline/instructions) for the functions including required alignment with CFO and the other functional controllers.
* Ensure deadlines for planning and forecasting are met.
* For target setting, consider relevant economic framework conditions and set ambitious but realistic goals.
* For forecast setting, consider forecast accuracy and follow up on own performance.
* Support simulations for different business scenarios.
* Work close with the functions to understand the business and the business need in form of reporting and KPIs.
* Follow up with the functions on deviations versus target and forecast and ensure there is an understanding of why and that actions are taken.
* Ensure qualitative management level communication to internal and external stakeholder.
* Prepare and deliver the monthly, quarterly and yearly One Stream P&L, BS, CF statements, intercompany reporting, operational performance measurements and all other required reports in line with group Reporting Requirements .
* Ensure on time reporting to a high-quality standard each month, and deliver the additional requirements of the quarterly, interim and year end processes as required by shareholders and authorities.
* Identify and implement new opportunities to eliminate manual processes.
* Lead investment decision process in line with investment policy.
* Review, help develop and sign off on investments before they go to management for formal approval process.
* Help with or create financial modelling where necessary.
* Ensure process in PMWEB is followed for investment requests; ensure PMWEB is correctly updated for CAPEX forecast.
* Support strategic decision making and pro-active advisory based on KPI's.
* Improve short- and long-term performance through relevant, accurate and timely reporting and analysis.
* Create value-based steering of the management team e.g. by supporting/providing predictive modelling, forecasting/extrapolation and or statistical analysis.
* Provide financial/commercial support/advise as required.
* Provide internal and external benchmarking.
* Harmonize and improve business processes where possible and reasonable.
We are looking for
* Master degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Economics.
* From 7 years of experience with Financial Business Partnering or Controlling.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Strong communications, advising and influencing skills.
* Excellent skills of BI tools, Excel and MS Office.
* Is inquisitive, pro-active and builds relationships quickly.
* Driven to be 'best in class'.
* Ability to handle confidential company and employee information with complete discretion.
* Must be detail oriented, able to work independently in fast paced environment under tight deadlines.
* Requires strong communication skills in English (including verbal, non-verbal, written and presentation) and active listening skills.
