Long Description Job Summary
To be part of a solid team (the Business Development, M&A;, and Corporate
Strategy team) that is responsible for evaluating Group-wide investment and
expansion opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
* Support the growth of existing Group businesses by contributing to the formulation of their business strategies
* Conduct desktop research on a wide array of companies/projects in multiple sectors and countries
* Build financial models to value companies/projects and prepare PowerPoint presentations
* Evaluate different business propositions to determine whether or not a more detailed investigation or due diligence should be initiated
* Work closely with external top-tier consultants and investment bankers on Group-wide expansion opportunities and feasibility studies
Candidate Requirements
* A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or other quantitative field from a reputable university; a strong academic record
* Fresh graduate or 1 year of relevant work experience
* Sound knowledge of business, financial, and economic concepts.
* Solid analytical ability.
* Fluency in English and Arabic; strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Education Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Economics
