Job Summary:
Day to day HR generalist activities, maintaining a pro-active HR service
ensuring HR processes are followed with a great focus on Recruitment and
selection, On-boarding, and Off-boarding.
Job Responsibilities:
* Takes charge of full recruitment & On-boarding process; ensures delivery of quality hires
* Responsible for screening candidates and completing the hiring process due diligence.
* Responsible for efficient onboarding and off-boarding process on the HR system.
* Sources, screens, and interviews employees in entry and associate level roles.
* Responsible for the administration of recruitment documents and hiring actions.
* Works with Business Admins to ensure leave schedules are maintained and adhered to.
* Creates standard reports on HR metrics on a monthly/quarterly basis
* Maintains employee master data on Talent Hub
* Works closely with the business heads/Line Managers in monitoring performance of staff and ensures development plan in place
* Support succession planning, organizational movements, and career planning
* Maintaining, reporting, and analyzing HR data
* Play a leading role in employee engagement, female diversity, and Kuwaitization initiatives.
Candidate Requirements:
* Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or related field.
* 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources
* Very strong verbal & written communication skills
* Team player
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Good command of the English Language, the Arabic language is a plus.
