Job Summary:
To direct, supervise and co-ordinate generalist HR activities within the HR/F
&B; and support the market entry/expansion in all countries.


Jo Responsibilities:
Support and drive the day-to-day HR requirements as assigned.


Play an integral role in understanding and improving employee engagement,
female diversity and localization initiatives.


Leading overseas and local recruitment campaign to ensure the manpower
required is secured and selected as per the manpower plan.


Managing complex employee relations cases and providing appropriate solutions
in line with the labor law and company policy.


Regularly meet with key stakeholders to ensure quality HR support is extended,
and main HR related issues are identified and addressed/escalated.


Conducting/supporting the performance management processes and requirements.


Support with assessing the training needs and working closely with the
training team to monitor training & development programs.


Support the annual talent review cycle and succession plans.


Candidate skills & qualifications:
Bachelor's degree


‎7-‎10 years relevant HR generalist experience


Excellent writing skills


Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders


Strong public speaking skills
