Ensure proper organization, recording financial transactions and
reconciliation of accounting records on timely basis within monthly accounting
cycle.
1. Organize and arrange incoming accounting documents and records.
2. Record financial transactions in General ledgers, Sub ledgers and in
subsystems.
3. Reconcile the General ledgers and sub ledgers with Sub systems.
4. Reconcile Cash and Bank books.
5. Analyze Traffic Fine Statements and send to Supervisor-Vehicles for
review.
6. Prepare Traffic Fine letter for Finance Manager approval and send to
payroll section for further processing. 7. Control on Mobile charges for calls
made by company users.
8. Update the forex rates on a daily basis.
9. Prepare and process payments.
10. Preparatory work including audit schedule for Monthly and Annual accounts
closing.
