Description
Job Purpose: Credit Committee administration and Digital record
keeping: Preparation of the credit review packages for Management Credit
Committee/Executive Credit Committee/BCIC and management of its electronic
copies along with digital record keeping.
Accountabilities:*
1. Prepare the MCC/ECC/BCIC Packages
The credit packages for the committees (MCC/ECC/BCIC) are prepared on a
regular basis; make copies of the package and distribute digital/hard copies
to all members of the committee.
2. Quality Control
Conduct an overall quality check on the completeness of credit applications to
ensure they meet requirements of credit committees.
3. Upload of Digital copies
Upload all the MCC/ECC/BCIC applications into secured web for all the
committee members to view online.
4. Approve LC/LG applications in the system.
LC/LG applications initiated by the Trade fiance department is sent for
MCC/ECC/BCIC approval as per the bye laws and accord the approvals in the
system post the committee members approvals obtained in the hardcopy.
5. Maintenance of records
Proper maintenance of log/records related to committee approvals, conditions,
etc. along with filing a digital copy of the approvals for future references.
6. Maintenance of records
Generate MIS reports on various Committee approvals, rejections, new,
increase, decrease and committee conditions.
Qualifications
a)* Education /Qualifications: *
Professional Accounting/ Finance/ Banking qualifications
Knowledge:
Knowledge of the Banking industry, risk management and CBK regulations
governing the banking business
b)* Experience: Up to 2 years of experience in the banking
industry, of which at least 1 years in credit or risk management
