Job Summary
Handling the credit transaction and giving instant approvals.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers and ensure
customer satisfaction.
Collect all required documents from the customers.
Make sure that the customer is complying with the CBK criteria.
Evaluate the transaction as a credit staff not as salesmen.
Coordinate with HO team to analyze customer status and customer transaction
issues to get final approval.
Send batch of the approval transaction to the H.O
Provide efficient sales and services to customers and monitor sales for all
referral objectives.
Assist customers with all benefits and features of credit criteria and
promotion of the company.
Assist sales team to generate business through cross selling and effective
marketing.
Required Skills
Experience in Credit approval process
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Acceptable level of English Language skills.
Good communication skills.
Minimum 3 years of experience
Bilingual
